Hi Sam,
I have a couple of questions. I would like to know which neighborhood in Vancouver area is good and safe for investment and also would like to get some information about the rental market in Vancouver. Could you please list the rental prices for a two bedroom Apartment in the areas you recommend for investment?

Thanks.

Thanks for your inquiry. The areas I recommend for investment in the Greater Vancouver are, White Rock, Aldergrove/Langley and Port Coquitlam and Downtown Vancouver, in the order they are mentioned. now rental rates vary from city to city but downtown Vancouver has the most dynamic rental market and goes from any where between $2 to $3 per square foot depending on the building quality, floor and location. All other cities are relatively lower than this. As you can observe from rentals, the faurther away from the downtown core you get, the more leverage you earn in term of your ability to increase your positive cash flow.
